The arrival of the pandemic has been an important stimulus for EDT Events in order to promote and establish the technological transformation that the sector demanded to adapt to the new scenario. Diversifying, surprising and entertaining have been the bases of its proposals for a wide variety of clients. Technology converted into a show and also a sustainable bet have been, for example, the key to two of its latest digital events held on its set in Madrid. TELEFÓNICA wanted to show its Telefónica Digital Home strategy through a TvShow event , telling how they bring the latest technology to their customers' homes thanks to the WIFI network, fiber and television. A completely online event , in which Chema Alonso, Chief Digital Consumer Officer of Telefónica and María Jesús Almazor, CEO of Telefónica Spain, having as guests the hosts and talk show hosts of the Movistar+ program Ilustres Ignorantes, mixed technology with the more human through humor.
One of Telefonica's missions of “making our world more human, connecting people's lives” became the axis of a hybrid meeting that transformed the set into a Digital Home in which the Illustrious Ignorants Phone Number List subjected Chema and Mª Jesús to a third grade in which its usual sections (the chopped test and the final round of questions with 4 answer options), revolved around products and services from Telefónica's Digital Home. Through the use of three LED screens, this Movistar Home was recreated, incorporating all the devices (Movistar Home, the WIFI amplifier, the DESCO...) The event was broadcast through the Telefónica YouTube Channel , with about 2000 connected and through of the Telefónica Workplace for internal connections . Since it was presented as an authentic TV program, no rehearsals were necessary, leaving the way free to the professionalism and improvisation of the Illustrious. The great challenge was to reproduce the usual details and content of the television program with the media, equipment and cutting-edge technology of EDT Events .
ELEWIT is a technological platform of the RED ELÉCTRICA GROUP, whose purpose is to offer solutions to the new challenges of the electricity and telecommunications sectors with one goal: to promote the energy transition and connectivity to create a sustainable future. In this context, Elewit also trusted EDT Events to organize and carry out the 1st edition of its Innovation Sessions, with the following objectives: – Delve into Elewit technologies/impact areas . – Make visible the activities developed by Elewit in this first year. – Position the Red Eléctrica Group as a key technological agent in energy and telecommunications through its technological platform, Elewit. The result was a hybrid event, with speakers and guests in person on set and an audience of more than 700 people connected remotely and enjoying, through streaming, live presentations, round tables, talks and interviews. The event was certified as sustainable through the Eventsost platform (a platform that allows improving the management of sustainable or sustainable events).
